After you select your new family member, having completed the puppy application and our telephone interview, and
are ready to make a deposit, you should know that all deposits or payments that are made are NONREFUNDABLE,
except in the event something happens to said puppy while in our possession.
There are two options for placing a deposit:
-Paypal
-USPS Money Order
Paypal is our preferred method of placing deposits or making payments. If this is the method you choose, please let
us know and we will email you an easy pay invoice. Please know that all Paypal payments made will have an
additional 3.9% Paypal usage fee added to total amount.
If USPS Money Order is preferred, we shall place said puppy on "hold" for 4 days allowing time for the money order
to arrive. All payments via money order must be sent within that time frame Priority Mail with a tracking number. After
4 days, if the deposit has not been received we will remove the hold and allow the next family to adopt.
PLEASE DO NOT SEND ANY PAYMENT WITHOUT CONSULTING CYPRESS FARM BEFORE HAND!
Remaining balance is due, along with shipping fees if needed, when your puppy is 7 weeks of age. This goes for
pickup or shipped puppies. If for any reason you decide not to get the puppy you placed the deposit on, at 7 weeks if
not paid for in full, will be made available once more. This is so we can find a home for him/her.

None of our puppies are allowed to leave until at the very least, 8 weeks of age, be it for pick up or shipping.
We do prefer pick up, but in instances where this is not an option we are happy to be able to offer you multiple
arrangements for shipping:
-Continental Airlines
-Ground Shipping
-Personal Delivery Service
Our primary method of shipment is with Continental Airlines. They are the ONLY airline we will ship our puppies with.
Why? Continental is able to ship all months of the year as well as being the only airline to offer the Continental Pet
Safe Program that we highly recommend. Shipping amount will vary from time to time depending on the current
gasoline prices per the airline, but typically for an 8 week old puppy the fee is $350. In the event you are adopting an
adult you can anticipate a cost of $375 for shipping fees. Once puppy is shipped wait time for their arrival is within
hours. We will only be scheduling airline shipment once a week so we are not driving to San Antonio every day.
Puppies will be shipped on a date that works best for the family(ies) having their puppy shipped to them.
Ground shipping is available but only with our selected ground shipper. We have selectively chosen Journey Pet
Transport. We have used this company and they are highly recommended. Shipping fees vary depending on area
of shipment, but typically you can anticipate a cost of $350-$500 for an 8 week old puppy. Depending on the
schedule of Journey Pet, depends on the time of delivery.
We are pleased to be able to offer personal delivery of your puppy in case you choose not to select our previous
suggested methods of shipment. This delivery is available within the continental United States. We are able to fly to
you at cost, as long as puppy is under 20lbs and able to fit in a carry on to be placed under the seat. Please contact
us for more details.
